Hawaii Kai Health Care provides high quality health care services through a model of health care delivery called Direct Primary Care (DPC). This model puts the patient-physician relationship at the forefront. Your membership supports enhanced access and service, while covered medical care continues to be billed to your insurance.
The preferred method of payment is an Annual Membership Fee which supports enhanced access, communication, and non-medical amenities for our patients. The fee is discounted if paid annually but can be paid monthly.
Membership may be limited.
People who are presently patients of Dr. Nordyke will be given priority, but everyone is welcome….while space available.
